- Has no direct or indirect participation in a specific insurance company with a percentage that exceeds 10% of the voting rights or its capital.
- Has no direct or indirect participation in a specific insurance company or parent company of a specific insurance company with a percentage that exceeds 10% of the voting rights or its capital.
- Insured, counterparties, beneficiaries, consumer associations and any interested party may submit a written complaint to the Private Insurance Supervision Department of the Bank of Greece (DEIA), against the insurance or reinsurance intermediary for acts or omissions constituting mediation, as well as the provisions of P.D. 190/2006, or contradict the good and transactional morals or clash with the public order, especially for acts and omissions, which according to the reasoned judgment of DEIA, to which the complaint is submitted, can be attributed to the complained ombudsman. If the parties involved agree, the above service may refer the dispute to the Consumer Ombudsman,
- Provides advice based on impartial analysis, based on the analysis of a sufficient number of insurance contracts available on the market.
- It has no contractual obligation to carry out insurance mediation activities exclusively with one or more companies.
- The certification of knowledge of its representatives allows the distribution of insurance products with investment characteristics.
- Her proposals and offers for concluding insurance are based on the information given to her through the “Customer Needs Form” (article 5, par. 4 Act 31 / 30-9-2014 of the BoG) and your personal data will be processed by the same and / or the insurance companies in order to fulfill its obligations for the provision of its insurance advice (article 11, par. 3 PD 190/2006).

It is emphasized that from the beginning or the subsequent refusal of the aforementioned consensus statement, may suspend the validity of the insurance contract, as it will not be allowed to process any kind of personal data, in order to serve the aforementioned purposes.
