What we cover
- Shopping
We cover shopping from any online store worldwide. - Cash Losses
We cover cash losses on bank accounts opened in Greece and on credit or debit cards issued in Greece. - Digital Identity
We cover digital identity theft through digital service providers worldwide.
What we do not cover
- Purchases of services, illicit products, perishable goods
We do not cover purchases of services, products that one might reasonably expect to be problematic or counterfeit, purchases of illicit goods, perishable goods, software licenses, betting or gambling contracts. - Online or cryptocurrency purchases
We do not cover additional purchases or sales with you as a seller, offline transactions, virtual currency transactions. - Legal costs and fees of lawyers
We do not cover legal costs and expenses and fees of lawyers for legal actions and any costs and expenses, as indicative and not restrictive: expenses for extrajudicial and judicial expertise, fees of court bailiffs, clerks, attorneys.

Detailed description of the coverages
Online Shopping
In case that:
- Do not pick up at the agreed address the goods you purchased online within four (4) weeks of the estimated delivery date agreed with the seller or reasonably expected at the time of purchase, or you do not pick up all the goods you have purchased for your personal use .
- Receive goods other than those you purchased online for your personal use.
- Pick up the goods you bought online for your personal use, but which arrived worn or damaged at the time of delivery.
We provide you
- We cover the amount corresponding to the sale price of the goods that were not delivered or were delivered with substantial material damage (including shipping costs but excluding applicable taxes and duties) up to the amount of € 2,000 per year (€ 50 exemption per purchase applies).
- We provide technical support through a selected partner to determine if a malicious website has been used for the purchase.
Online Payment Transactions
- We cover the loss of money in the event of being caused by a third party through the unauthorized online transfer of money held in your bank accounts linked to online payment applications (including bank or other payment applications such as wallets) or your credit or debit card up to amounting to € 2,000 per incident and per year.
- We also provide technical support through a selected partner to identify and correct (if possible) the cause of the incident.
Digital Identity Theft
- In case of illegal and / or unauthorized use of your digital identity via the Internet by a third party for the purpose of performing illegal and / or unauthorized activity, we provide you with technical support through a selected partner to recover the affected digital identity, change the password access to the cause of the Digital Identity Theft and to check if your digital identity has been leaked online.
Legal Protection in Case of Digital Identity Theft
- We cover the lawyer’s fee, up to the amount of € 500 per case and for all cases per year.
